Abstract: Objective To understand the disinfection quality of kindergartens in Shijiazhuang,for providing scientific basis for guiding disinfection. Methods The detection results of disinfection quality in nurseries in Shijiazhuang in 2013 were collected for statistical analysis. Results The qualified rates of disinfection in kindergartens in Shijiazhuang were 90. 74% in 2013. With 81. 69% for activity room air,87. 50% for bedroom air,92. 77% for employees’ hands,92. 25% for the article surface,100% for disinfectants,and 87. 79% for tableware. The qualified rates of public and private kindergartens were 89. 10%,92. 36% respectively. The qualified rate was 90. 31% in plain counties,and 84. 21% in mountain counties. There has been significant statistically difference between plain counties and mountain counties in employees’ hands( χ2= 12. 265,P <0. 05). There is no significant difference in the distribution of communicable diseases in city,mountain counties and plain counties( χ2= 4. 224,P > 0. 05). Conclusions The overall quality of disinfection work in kindergartens in Shijiazhuang was good,but the investment and guidance of kindergartens in mountain should be strengthened.
