Abstract: The enterprise personnel archives management is an important content of enterprise management. The new normal,along with social progress,the development of science and technology,the modern enterprise standardization management level enhancement,the enterprise personnel management has become increasingly prominent role. In this paper,combining with the enterprise actual,analysis of the existing problems in the management of personnel archives, and puts forward the relevant suggestions and measures.
