Abstract: This paper reviews the domestic literatures with regard to asset evaluation of forest resource, introduces the research status of relevance fromthe concrete asset evaluation of tree, woodland,forest landscape,forest ecological value, thencase evaluation, asset model. And analyzes the obtained achievements of the current research.Finally,the paper looks forward into the future developmental tendency in this research field.
