Abstract: The paper uses the questionnaire to investigate the ethnic bilingual teachers of primary schools in the bilingual training center of Aksu Prefecture of Xinjiang. Based on the data, the author of the paper analyzes the teachers’Chinese learning beliefs and proposes some suggestions.
