Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the ratio(Qh/Qp,Qh/Qc)between hepatic artery(HA)blood flow(Qh) and portal venous(PV)blood flow(Qp)and coeliac trunk(CT)blood flow(Qc)in diagnosis of patients with cirrhosis.Methods:92 cases with cirrhosis,35 cases with chronic hepatitis B(CHB),35 cases healthy sub-j ects without liver diseases as control group were enrolled the study. The blood supply situation of HA、PV and CT for three groups were detected by the color doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus.Measure their respective blood vessel diameter (D)and velocity (V),calculate the Qh,Qp and Qc values, and then calcu-late the Qh/Qp and Qh/Qc values.Furthermore analyse the test results by statistical software. Results:The Qh/Qp and Qh/Qc of cirrhosis group were obviously lower than those of CHB group and normal con-trol group(P<0.05),while there were no statistical difference between CHB group and normal control group (P>0.05).Conclusion:Qh/Qp and Qh/Qc decrease obviously may suggest the possibility of cirrho-sis.
