Abstract: In order to study shear performance of recycled aggregate concrete(RAC)and have a deeper understanding of structure performance of RAC,the influence of recycled coarse aggregate(RCA)replacement ratio and concrete cube strength on shear performance of RAC with the same W/C,the study is discussed through the direct shear test of the concrete cubes by RMT-150 C. It indicates that failure process of the sheared RAC cubes is similar to that of natural concrete. The peak shear strain,peak shear stress and shear modulus of RAC reduce with the increase of RAC replacement ratio and with the decrease of concrete cube strength.
