Abstract: 针对220 kV某架空输电线路引流线存在间隔棒异常发热问题,分析了引流线间隔棒发热原因.通过进行引流线各导线段直流电阻测试以及间隔棒发热模拟试验,证实了引流线下子导线预绞丝段电阻过大,有较大负荷电流流经间隔棒是导致间隔棒发热异常的原因.将变电站内构架至引流线的旧导线全部拆除,用两段新导线通过液压管接头重新连接后,发热缺陷消除.为及早发现设备隐患或缺陷,确保电网稳定运行,应加强输电线路的红外巡视工作.
