Abstract: By using CFD methods ,the steam turbine last stage blades ,blade tip seal and the turbine exhaust hood were full circle coupling calculation ,considering the effect of the ribs and the support pipe .The more true for low pressure exhaust hood was numerical simulated .The results showed that last stage blade tip steam seal leak has great influence on the aerodynamic performance of the exhaust hood and provides a new idea for the future exhaust hood aerodynamic design and optimization.
