Abstract: Objectives:To explore the effects of professional psychological counseling on the delivery rate at the process of immunotherapy treatment iso -immunization factor and unexplained RSA patients with poor psycholog-ical assessment results.Methods:55 RSA patients with similar pregnancy outcome after immunotherapy treatment in our hospital between 2011 and 2013 were selected as the research objects.Through the initial professional psy-chological assessment,all the patients were divided into two groups:10 cases with good results and 45 cases with poor result.The 10 patients with good results were treated by routine lymphocyte immunotherapy.22 patients with poor results were treated by routine lymphocyte immunotherapy too;and the other 23 poor result patients were trea-ted by immunotherapy combined professional psychological counseling.The delivery rate of the good result group, routine treatment group and combined treatment group were compared.Results:The delivery rate of the good result group,routine treatment group and combined treatment group was 100%,85% and 95% respectively.Conclu-sion:Psychological factors influence the curative effect of immunotherapy on RSA patients significantly,and immu-notherapy combined with professional psychological counseling can improve the delivery rate of RSA patients with poor psychological assessment results significantly.
