Abstract: ObjectiveSummarize nursing measures of maternal uterine atony, in order to improve the natural delivery rate, reduce intrapartum and postpartum complications.MethodsThe clinical data of 49 patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarize.Result49 cases of patients through psychological nursing and labor observation, 43 cases of natural childbirth, 5 cases of vaginal midwifery childbirth, 1 case of cesarean delivery, including 2 cases of postpartum hemorrhage.ConclusionDo the birth process nursing can improve natural delivery rate, reduces intrapartum and postpartum complications.
