Abstract: The essence of the integration process of the socialist rule of law is to lead and coordinate the socialist rule of law among different sectors, different aspects and different levels, to see the socialist rule of law as a whole and comprehensively promote the socialist rule of law in the all-round way. The integration process of the socialist rule of law has multiple significances. From the angle of goal, the integration process of the socialist rule of law is necessary for a country under the rule of law, a law-abiding government and a law-based society; from the angle of subject, the integration process of the socialist rule of law is essential for rule of law, law-based governance and administration by law; from the angle of link, the integration process of the socialist rule of law is a prerequisite for making laws in a scientific way, enforcing them strictly, administering justice impartially and ensuring that everyone abides by the law. In a word, the integration process of the socialist rule of law is the world view of socialist rule of law and what is more, is the methodology of socialist rule of law and can be universally used in the practice of socialist rule of law.
