Abstract: In situations where convenient wiring can’t be achieved or minimizing the cost of network implementation is the primary pursuit,more and more facilities begin to realize power supply using PoE technology.In this paper,the principle of PoE power supply technology is mainly introduced and analyzed,and advantages and implementation of PoE power supply for switches are explained.
