Abstract: This paper obtained the optimal structure parameters of hot-cavity by orthogonal experimental design for the test and the particle image velocimetry(PIV) test.Applying coordinate rotation,the team attained the tangential velocity and radial velocity of a fluid particle.With increase of the flow at the same structure,the tangential velocity and effective scouring area were increased and could better destroy temperature and concentration polarization.The experiment results showed the group of #32 was the optimal structure parameters of hot-cavity at inlet flow velocity=0.303m/s.The paper provided an application proposal for improving the mechanical design and efficiency of membrane distillation system.
