Research on the Heat Transfer Characteristics of Supercritical CO2 in Micro-Fin Tube

Abstract: A three-dimensional model of the micro-fin tube with outer diameter of 3 mm was established,the flow and heat transfer characteristics of supercritical carbon dioxide in the micro-fin tube at different imports Reynolds numbers and operating pressures were researched using Fluent software.It was shown that both the local heat transfer coefficient at different sections and the local heat transfer coefficients under the same local average fluid temperature increase with increasing cooling pressure;local heat transfer coefficients under the same local average fluid temperature increase as the imports Reynolds increased;whether under different pressures or different imports Reynolds,the closer the local average fluid temperature to the critical temperature of supercritical carbon dioxide,the greater the local heat transfer coefficients.
