Abstract: The TiO2/zeolites were prepared by sol-gel method and the three-dimensional photoelectrocatalytic system was constituted with TiO2/zeolite and GAC in different proportion as particle electrode, titanium nets as central electrode, sodium sulfate solution as electrolyte. Methylene blue (MB) solution as target waste water was treated. The photoelectrocatalytic experiments show that, the degradation rate can reach to 49.5% when the electrode gap is 4.0 cm, the ratio TiO2/zeolite to activated carbon is 2 to 3, the initial concentration of MB is 3 mg/L, the light distance is l0 cm, the voltage is 2.0 V, the concentration of electrolyte is 0.04 mo1/L and the initial pH is 6.0. The effect of three-dimensional photoelectrocatalytic system was proved better than that of two-dimensional photoelectrocatalytic system. Fe3+ doping on particle electrode can improve the system efficiency and the degradation rate is up to 53.3%.
