  案例:某级47班,公认的“钉子班”,仅去年一年,就先后换了三位体育老师,两位班主任,班级管理水平降至最低。原因是该班50多人,仅有七名女生,男女性别比例失调。上课期间纪律松垮说笑打闹,四处乱跑,课堂常规极难建立,在其他班级要求的事情,此班极难达到,教学内容经常完不成。课堂上常演的经典一幕,教师大动肝火:“别的班可以做到的,你们班为什么做不到?!”
