Abstract: TD-LTE system defines 504 PCI.PCI planning requirements no conflict and no confusion. This article focuses on a method for the PCI assessment. The TD-LTE network coverage will be rasterized. Add up the statistical results of each grid for PCI Mod 3 disturbance degree, the extent of all raster Mod 3 cumulative interference to characterize the extent of the entire network PCI Mod 3 interference to guide PCI pre-planning and post-optimization. This study conducted a global perspective of the overall assessment PCI Mod 3 interference.
