Abstract: College student sports associations are voluntary organizations and an important part of col-lege sports culture.Problems are seen in college student sports associations:the organization and operation mode are not well coordinated,and the associations are not given proper attention,lack momentum for devel-opment and proper internal management mechanism and need to expand their exchanges with other associa-tions.This paper proposed strategies to improve the internal management mechanism,broaden the communi-cation with other sports clubs, cultivate a good association culture, establish a comprehensive operation mode,strengthen management and increase investment by college,and promote the development of sports as-sociations via holding activities.
