Abstract: Objective:To explore some risk problems and targeted strategy in the nursing work of vasculocardiology deparment.Methods:83 patients with nursing risk were selected from September 2010 to December 2013.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:50 cases(60.24%) of nursing risk events were caused by the nursing staff factors.13cases(15.66%) of nursing risk events were caused by the irrational drug use.10 cases(12.05%) of nursing risk events were caused by equipment factors.9 cases(10.84%) were patients and families factors.Conclusion:According to some risk problems in the nursing work of vasculocardiology deparment,taking effective measures to improve the patient’s risk awareness and responsibility of nurses in order to reduce the incidence rate of nursing risk is very necessary.
