Abstract: Objective To analyze and evaluate the mission accomplish situation of tuberculosis prevention and control 10 years planning( 2001-2010) in Huangyuan county,to summarize the experience and result of tuberculosis control program implementation,put forward suggestions for sustainable development on tuberculosis prevention and control work. Methods By using the survey form from final evaluation implementation of the National TB prevention and control program( 2001-2010 years),and tuberculosis management information system to collect patients found,registration,treatment management and other related data,put into the Epi Data3. 1software,using Excel to do statistical data analysis. Results DOTS coverage rate was 100% during the 10 years planning and execution,invested tuberculosis prevention and control special funds of 702000 Yuan,a total of 818 cases of tuberculosis registration,of which 507 cases were new smear positive; Free treatment of 750 cases active pulmonary tuberculosis,507 cases were new smear positive,455 cases were cured,cure rate was 89. 74%. Conclusions Tuberculosis 10 years plan achieved the index of high detection rate and high cure rate,tuberculosis prevention and control effect is significant.
