Abstract: Objective:To explore the curative effect of hemabate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia.Methods:68 cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia from November 2012 to December2013 as the research object adopted hemabate treatment.Corpus muscular layer in 30 cases of cesarean were injected with hemabate 250 μ g.The hip or cervix and deep intramuscular in 38 cases of vagina childbirth puerperal were injected with hemabate 250 μ g,if the effect was not ideal,repeat use were needed interval 15~90 minutes.The treating effect and adverse reaction of the patients were observed and analyzed.Results:The patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia were treated with hemabate;62 cases were markedly improved(91.18%);5 cases were effective(7.35%);1 case was invalid(1.47%);the total effective rate was 98.53%(67/68).4 patients had diarrhea and 2 patients had symptoms such as nausea and vomiting,and flush complexion and the incidence of adverse reactions was 8.82%.Conclusion:Hemabate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia had obvious therapeutic effect and hemostatic effect was good and had the low incidence of adverse reactions,which reduced the uterus resection rate greatly and was a kind of safe and effective treatment,worth promoting in clinic.
