Abstract: In this paper,the author analyzed negative emotional reactions on nurses caused by psychological pressure and what countermeasures they take to strain it,and nurses should improve the comprehensive quality requirements.They should have strong ability to deal with unexpected disputes in emergency,strengthen effective communication with patients and their families,in order to improve the relationship with patients,and reduce the occurrence of nursing disputes.Then they should improve the level of their business,increase psychological health knowledge,improve the psychological ability of emergency nurses,and also should to keep good state of mind,to make the nursing more efficiently.
