Abstract: The short-term turnover rate is an important indicator to measure the quality of university students ’employment .High turnover rate of fresh graduated is caused by career information asymmetry , exam-oriented education and the lack of good faith education , but the root cause is the weak of students’career planning consciousness and career planning education in university .To solve this problem , the universities need to strengthen the systematic construction of career planning education and make the talent cul -tivation and vocation education lining with the market .The students should play the subjective role in career planning to make rational career choice and realize scientific development .Employers should make full use of marketing and social resources and put into career planning education of students .
