Abstract: Objective To introduce ATP-sensitive potassium channels,which are the promising targets for the treatment of cerebral ischemia. Method The functions of ATP-sensitive potassium in the pathophysiology of cerebral ischemic were reviewed. Result and Conclusion ATP-sensitive potassium channels are the potent targets for the treatment of cerebral ischemic.
