Abstract: According to the subject characteristics,clear automation professional training objectives and key construction of our university,the automation talents optimization scheme is proposed. Based on the independent design and construction scheme,the talent training mode,teaching team,teaching materials,teaching methods,teaching management and other comprehensive measures of reform of personnel training are proposed to promote personnel training to enhance the overall level and the formation of local education advanced ideas.
