Abstract: Objective To observe the short-term efficacy of concurrent radio-chemotherapy of pemetrexed combined with cis-platinum (PC scheme)in the treatment of locally advanced lung adenocarcinoma.Methods 82 patients with locally advanced lung adenocarcinoma were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with PC chemotherapy,and the control group was treated with docetaxel combined with cisplatin (DC)chemotherapy.The two groups were given concurrent radio-chemotherapy. The short-term efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The short-term effective rate and the control rate of disease showed no obvious difference between the two groups (P>0.05 ),but the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05 ).Conclusion The cura-tive effect of PC concurrent radio-chemotherapy is similar with DC therapy in the treatment of locally advanced lung adenocarcinoma,but it has less adverse reactions and good tolerance.
