Abstract: In order to optimize the procedure of reinforced grinding process,numerical simulation of Workbench Explicit Dynamics software is adopted to analyze the optimal impact velocity of re-inforced grinding of bearings ring raceway.The optimal impact velocity is proposed and verified for the reinforced grinding of bearings ring raceway.The simulation results showed that the rein-forced grinding process with the optimal impact velocity could improve the surface hardness of bearing ring raceway.Furthermore,it also could obtain large amounts of microcosmic oil sac structure layer which wil be helpful to improve the wear resistance and prolong the fatigue life.
