Abstract: For a long time, most of us are only aware of the trans-actional property of university teaching management, having re-stricted the improvement of the level of university teaching man-agement to a great extent. This paper focuses on the demonstra-tion of the academic property of university teaching management from the research on higher education rules, the exploration on talent growth rules, the research of society and market, the learn-ing and mastering of management science, and it also gives an explanation on the transactional property, demonstrating the dual attributes of university teaching management with academic and transactional properties, which is conducive to improving the quality of university teaching management staffs and their man-agement level.
