Abstract: The development of the city is dependent on the construction of infrastructures; the construction of these projects need land resources, and the urban land acquisition needs state- owned land house acquisition. It is a notable issue whether the value compensation of the housing expropriation is reasonable or not; whether the amount of the compensation can guarantee the lawful rights and interests of the housing owner or not; and whether non- residential housing compensation is fair and just or not. The paper combines the current problems existing in the housing compensation, uses the theory of demand and supply to study the value compensation of the housing expropriation, corrects the value of residential housing compensation,and determines the value calculation method of industrial housing land as to make the housing expropriation more reasonable.
