Abstract: In the past 15 years, the small- scale trades have been developed rapidly. E- commerce platform has become an important platform for small- scale trade development, and new foreign trade B2C platforms appear such as DHgate, Milanoo,Ali Express platform, which play an indispensable role. But e- commerce platform has many problems in the external promotion. This article argues that E- commerce platform makes market segmentation, develops the search engines and email marketing at the brand introduction period, develops forum marketing at brand growth period, vigorously develops the mobile business to improve the visibility of small foreign trade e- commerce platform, increases user stickiness, and promotes the development of small foreign trade business.
