Abstract: 如图42所示,当TCM判定需要挂入6挡时,S6工作,将主油路油压输入到S8和V2。S8工作,将油压突出至V2,两路油压经V2分别作用于2挡、6挡换挡拨叉执行器两端。S8控制占空比低,输出油压低。2挡、6挡换挡拨叉执行器左侧得到的压力大于右侧,执行器阀芯在压力差的作用下向右移动,挂入6挡。S2、S4供电,偶数挡离合器执行器在主油压的作用下动作,接合偶数挡离合器;同时, S1工作,将油压输入到S3,为挡位切换做好准备。
