Abstract: Objective:To investigate the rehabilitation training and nursing method of neurogenic bladder dysfunction .Methods:From 2008 June to 2011 June 48 cases were admitted to our department of neurogenic bladder dysfunction .They were randomly divided into re-habilitation group and control group of 30 cases in 18 cases.Rehabilitation group was treated with intermittent catheterization (IC), mas-sage and electro-acupuncture and rehabilitation training and treatment .The control group only with routine nursing , intermittent catheter-ization and indwelling catheterization .During the period of treatment of urinalysis and urine culture , compared 2 groups of patients with u-rinary tract infection occurrence , monitoring the residual urine volume and bladder capacity .Results:After the end of treatment , the reha-bilitation group patients showed bladder capacity being increased , average daily micturition frequency being decreased , residual urine vol-ume being reduced , The situation of difficulty in urination had improved significantly .2 groups of patients before and after treatment , quality of life scores and international LUTS scores are significantly different .Conclusions:Rehabilitation training and nursing not only can effectively promote the recovery of neurogenic bladder function , but also can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary system infection , improve the quality of life of patients .
