Abstract: 通过“Click”反应连接透明质酸与普朗尼克F127,制备两亲性材料(HA-F127),其结构通过1H NMR确认,接枝率为13%.材料在水溶液中可自组装形成纳米粒子,并能够包载抗肿瘤模型药物阿霉素.体外药物释放实验显示,其具有温度敏感释药特性.透明质酸可识别肿瘤细胞外过度表达的CD44受体,纳米粒子可靶向传递药物进入肿瘤细胞,且表现出良好的治疗效果.
