Governance Practice of Socialism and Its Enlightenment

Abstract: Since the 20th century ,the formation of distinct two kinds of governance models represents the historical pattern of two distinct modes of governance .The national development in different stage will encounter different governance dilemma .This article finds that governance way has its historical culture influence .For instance ,the Soviet Union national governance reveals that the governance is a combination of ordinary things inner characters and social class characters .This paper concluded that only with the leadership guidance of Marxist ideology ,we can prove that socialism is superior to capitalism in national historical morphology .
