Abstract: In the city core, the construction of underground road is widely considered effective methods to alleviate traffic jam and solve the parking. Taking the underground road in Zheng Dong New District CBD Deputy Center as the research object, the article analyzes the characteristics of regional planning, summa?rizes common problems in underground road system, refines the problems needed to solve in planning stage, which includes the system construction standards, road capacity matching, coordinating with con?struction development and municipal pipeline, and considering the humanization of underground road planning elements and energy saving of operation management at the same time, which can provide refer?ence for the construction of similar projects.
