Abstract: As class is students’ basic learning and living unit at vocational college, class management is one of the important aspects in effective school teaching management, among which Class Teacher being the core . This paper, on the basis of analyzing the lack of classroom management at vocational college, proposed a new six in One class management mode in view of the situation, and makes all-round study on implementation of the mode from different perspectives including the Class Teacher, Students, Schools, Subject Teachers, Parents and the Community as well as rising PDCA class management.
