Abstract: Constant displacement and repeated compression and releasing compression loading are used to preliminarily study the storage case spacecraft polyimide foam cushioning materials. Through static compression test actual usage of storage box cushioning materials is stimulated for long-term storage and transport shock and vibration environment in spacecraft components, meanwhile, the mechanical properties and rebound amount changes of the polyimide foam are analyzed, playing a reference role in subsequent spacecraft cabinet design.
