Abstract: Aiming at the water environment security risks of transport accidents and leaks of dangerous chemicals,the shortcoming of treating rain water and accident water together in deck runoff treatment system is disposed. The status of domestic emergency storage facilities of dangerous chemicals for highway transport accidents is investigated and researched. By optimal designing the emergency storage facilities,including process,layout,function unit volume,conversion device and control system,the accident runoff of dangerous chemicals and rainwater runoff are treated respectively, and an integrated design idea of treating the emergency storage facilities of emergency storage facilities of dangerous chemicals for expressway transport accidents and deck rainwater runoff treatment facilities is proposed.
