Abstract: 调查了蚌埠市售水果(苹果、桃子、梨、香蕉、芒果和火龙果)重金属含量,采用单因子污染指数法、综合污染指数法和目标危害系数法对其污染程度及健康风险性进行了评估.结果表明,蚌埠市售水果中重金属Zn、Cu、Pb、Cr和Cd的平均含量依次为2.866、1.391、0.093、0.256、0.025mg.kg-1,均低于国家食品卫生标准.单因子污染指数法评价结果表明,梨和芒果中Pb元素为轻污染;桃子、苹果、火龙果、香蕉中各重金属元素均为清洁.内梅罗综合污染指数法评价结果表明,苹果和香蕉重金属含量为安全等级;桃子、梨、芒果和火龙果重金属含量处于警戒线.水果中重金属THQ(Target Hazard Quotient)值均小于1,水果单一重金属元素对人体健康风险不明显;重金属TTHQ(Total TargetHazard Quotient)值大小依次为:梨、芒果、桃子、苹果、火龙果、香蕉.梨对成人存在健康风险;梨和芒果对儿童存在健康风险;桃子、苹果、火龙果和香蕉对人体健康风险不明显,可以食用.
