Abstract: Combining with Hongling tunnel elastic bearing block-type ballastless track construction of Shanxi-Henan-Shandong railway thoroughfare,this paper briefly introduces the basic composition,construction technology process, logistics organization choice for two kinds of ballastless track construction tooling,which are overall rail frame method and simple rail erection method,compares these two tooling quality from the aspects such as construction expense, logistics circulation velocity,concrete surface quality,fine tuning of straight curve section,geometric morphology control before and after the concrete pouring and construction efficiency,puts forward the optimization scheme for tw o kinds of tooling in order to assure quality and enhance the effectiveness,w hich could provide a reference for tooling selection in similar projects.
