Abstract: From the perspective of affordable housing financing,learned from the domestic and international housing financing mode,systematically studies affordable housing construction financing mechanism. Puts forward REITs financing mode and builds interaction mechanisms between affordable housing financing and social idle capital,from the reality of resource-based cities that gathered a large amount of capital during the process of developing and utilizing resource in the regional city group. Finally,gives some policy recommendations to promote the innovation and development of resource-based cities affordable housing financing mechanisms.
