Abstract: The "twelfth five-year" period is the key period to promote the construction of innovative country of China. 2011 collaborative innovation plan provides development opportunity for university science parks to promote the technological innovation entrepreneurship of college teachers and students. This paper deeply analyzes the inter advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats of university science parks to promote technology imitations and innovations of college teachers and students, puts forward that the university science park promotes technological innovation entrepreneurship work of college teachers and students by the collaboration of the government, colleges and social resources.
