Abstract: Hepatitis C virus can be divided to 6 genotypes and 70 subtypes. Due to no immunity and repeated infection,hepatitis C is a serious viral infectious disease to human health and very difficult to prevent. The use of interferon and ribavirin is still the main combination therapy to treat hepatitis C. In this paper,the types of anti-hepatitis C drug treatment,the development trends and market prospects were systematically summarized,to provide reference for the development of the new anti-HCV drugs.
