Abstract: Aiming at the accident characteristics during the storage of trichlorethylene in Binhua Group and past accident statistics, application of Dow fire and explosion index evaluation method (Dow Chemical Method) in its risk evaluation was introduced, and its risk factors were determined, and the possibility of accidents was gained, and appropriate secure compensation measures were put forward to realize inherent safety.
