Abstract: For the current development status of public water management system ,from the connotation of the public administration system and water management systems and related theory ,the phenomenon of the current disjointed system of water management and social reality exists ,in concept restricted by traditional factors ,the water management adjusted timely and performance not efficiency are analyzed and researched ,it provides corresponding improvement strategies.
