Abstract: The specific relationship between points and organs varies with the channel that points belong to. The points on the same channel can treat same-channel diseases or same-organ diseases. The arrival of qi to disease location is emphasized in clinical applications. The specific regulation of Hegu( LI4) on facial and oral area and its material basis was researched and analyzed from the relationship of Hegu and facial and oral area. The specific relationship of Hegu and facial and oral area was discussed from TCM theory,material basis,channel-point stimulating effect and therapeutic effect.
