Abstract: 目的探讨IL-1β在成人牙周炎性牙龈组织的分布及与炎症细胞浸润的关系.方法免疫组织化学SP方法.结果19例牙周炎组炎性牙龈标本中均有IL-1β蛋白阳性表达,阳性细胞数与正常对照组牙龈相比有非常显著差异(P＜0.01).IL-1β阳性细胞主要为巨噬细胞.结论IL-1β可能参与了成人牙周炎的发生和发展.巨噬细胞是成人牙周炎炎性牙龈组织中表达细胞因子IL-1β的主要细胞类型,与成人牙周炎的发生和发展有关.
