Abstract: Ethnic minority bilingual education has certain value to the individual and society. Although yi-han bilingual education has made great achievements in Liangshan prefecture for 30 years of development,there are also some bottlenecks of restricting yi-han bilingual education value. Only take effective measures to overcome these unfavorable factors can we promote bilingual educa-tion value the full realization in Liangshan prefecture.
