Abstract: The city government has made great efforts for the citizens to go to toilet, but it is still a problem in the public places, and the western fast food shops are the first choice of the citizen to go to the toilet in the downtown area. In order to solve the problems of the toilets in the public place, firstly, plan should be made, and its implementation should be ensured. Secondly, the potential conditions should be excavated, and the inside toilets of the enterprises and public institutions should be opened appropriately if the conditions allow. The completion and convenience of the urban public facilities show the effect and level of the urban management.
