Abstract: As a scientific way of strategic management,the vocational college instuctors' performance management is playing an increasingly important role. Therefore, how to enhance vocational college instuctors' performance management and thus improve their overall quality, is an important topic for further improving the vocational college students' ideological and political education and the quality of personnel training. The study mainly discusses how to optimize the vocational college instructors' performance management Strategy:first, ideas should be renewed;secondly, to improve the college instructors' performance evaluation index system based on the competency and the vocational college instructors' performance evaluation index based on KPI management ; finally, to establish and improve the Vocational College Instructors' Performance Management System through the performance plan, the performance coaching, the performance evaluation, the performance feedback and the results of the application of the five links,.
